Manufacturing:
High Caliber Line (previously Legendary Products) is the market leader in the manufacturing and supply of Mouse Mats, Magnets, Stubby coolers, Bar Runners, Coasters, Stickers and much more…. On site manufacturing, means a high level of quality monitoring and the ability to ensure tight turn around times.We strive to constantly improve efficiencies in our manufacturing business so that you can impress your clients with prestige products at excellent prices.
In Stock Products:
We stock a wide range of Business Gifts and Novelty Items on site, in Melbourne,Victoria so that our clients can offer a 7 working day lead times on decorated items. Our healthy stock holdings mean that you never have to wait too long for your promotional products.
Price Busters Products:
These are products which are already manufactured and held in our warehouse in China. Once an order is placed, it is picked, decorated and air freighted to our Melbourne warehouse under 15 working day service. This provides you with the benefit of indent prices and great turn around times whilst allowing us to offer you a wider range of product because we don't have to store it here!
We combine our purchasing with our USA and Canada offices which means are better buy power and in turn better prices to our clients.

David Torelli:
Our fearless leader and General Manager, David is a former member of the APPA committee and has over 15 years of experience in the manufacturing and supply of promotional merchandise. He is aggressive in his want to provide quality products and exceptional service. He is in tune with market expectations and current trends and works to ensure our strengths are passed on as benefits to our clients. |

Phillip Bouchard:
Phil is our Operations Manager and the ROCK of our business by being responsible for Production. He is instrumental in the smooth running of the High Caliber business and has a wealth of knowledge stemming from 19 years in the Print industry. There is nothing that "Doctor" Phil doesn't know about the manufacturing of magnets and mouse mats.. you should test him out! . |

Sally Jennings:
Sally is the head of our Art Department. Her strength is her attention to detail and high level of organization. Sally can work on as many as 60 pieces of art per day and makes a phenomenal effort to turn around so many proofs in no time at all. Sally lives by the motto "It's not a billboard" and puts her skills to good use to ensure an immaculate print every time. |

Christine Kane:
Christine is our Financial Controller and has an acute understanding of accounting and business finance which she uses to oversee the smooth and efficient running of the Finance Department. Christine is also our company mother figure, and if anyone steps out of line she is only too happy to sit them down for a 'little talk'. She is also responsible for our paychecks which makes her totally awesome and beyond reproach. |

Customer Service is responsible for quoting, order processing and ensuring each jobs runs on time. They are also responsible for organising samples and making marketing calls. This is one busy team!

Samantha Field:
Sam manages customers in Victoria, NSW, Act and NZ. An excellent team member, having worked on both sides of the supplier- distributor fence, so she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role. |

Joanna Papageorgiou:
Jo comes to us with an excellent work ethic and a great deal of love for customer service. Assisting Sam with her team, she duly ensures all their needs are met. |

Mandi Williams:
Mandi is the guru works, painstakingly looking after her clients in QLD, SA, NT, WA and TAS. Mandi has an excellent rapport with her customers and is always willing to go out of her way to help our clients achieve their goals. |

Emma Smith:
Having returned from maternity leave. She's an expert in Customer Service and helps with customer service 2 days a week. Emma quotes like a butterfly and rings like a bee, with over 5 years of experience in the Promotions industry. Emma has seen and dealt with everything and is perfectly placed to help her clients with whatever challenges they can throw her way. |

Bradley is our Business Development guru. His strong sales background gives him the perfect platform to build relationships with customers and make sure that High Caliber always exceeds their expectations.
