Production Time
High Caliber Line offers our customers 6 types of production schedules: 15 DAY PRICE BUSTER Service, 9 Day Standard Service, 3 Day Rush Service and 5 or 10 Week Factory Direct Service. All Production schedules are based on business days. We also have a 1 Day Rush serviced on some of our products. Some items have different rush services or require additional production time, review each product description carefully for the individual production time. If you have different production demands, call your HCL representative for a quote.
Production time for all services begins after all approvals, which includes the receipt of a complete and accurate purchase order, receipt of artwork, credit approval, paper proof approval, pre-production sample and/or anything holding up production. Credit terms should be arranged prior to sending a purchase order. Orders must be received by 11am Pacific Standard Time to be counted as received that day.
12-15 Day "PRICE BUSTER" Service
All Price Buster products are shipped from our China facility. There are no Rush or expedited orders accepted on any Price Buster product.
7 Day Standard Service
The 7 day product schedule is our standard service for in stock items and is available on most of our in stock items.
3 Day Rush Service
The 3 day production schedule with pricing is in red under each item. The purchase order and emailed artwork must be clearly marked "3 Day Rush Service". Paper proof and pre-production sample will delay the order as production time will begin after all approvals. Factory cannot guarantee the use of a 3rd party shipping account. Orders are limited to 1 or 2 colors logos. However, we may be able to rush logos with additional colors-call for a quote.
1 Day Rush Service
1 Day Rush is available on selected items. Call your HCL representative for details. The 1 Day Rush charges is on additional 50% of the item price. Factory cannot use a 3rd Party shipping account.
Factory Direct Service
10 week production time for orders that are typically 5,000 pieces or more. Factory Direct orders are custom manufactured in Asia to the specifications on the purchase order and shipped into the U.S. by container ship. This is the most economical method of Production allowing for significant cost reductions on larger orders. We can further customize any order by doing custom colors, special packaging, custom molds, multiple color logos and many other options. Production time can be shortened on Factory Direct orders by air shipping some or all of the order. This typically saves 3-4 weeks, and is quoted on a case by case basis due to fluctuations in the cost of air freight. Our 5 week overseas production time is the same as above but shipping is through Air Freight. Please contact us for current pricing.
