Production Times

High Caliber Line of Australia offers our customers 7 types of production schedules:
A 20 day neoprene service,15 day PRICE BUSTER Service, 7 day standard service, 3 day standard service, 3 day rush service and 5 or 10 week factory direct service. We also have a 24 hour rush service on some of our products. Some items require additional production time. Please review each product description carefully for the individual production time. If you have different production demands, call your HCL of Australia representative for a quote.
All production schedules are based on business days. Production time for all services begins after all approvals, which includes the receipt of a complete and accurate purchase order, receipt of artwork, credit approval, paper proof approval, pre-production sample and/or anything holding up production. Credit terms should be arranged prior to sending a purchase order. Orders must be received by 11am Eastern Standard Time to be counted as received that day.

20 Day Neoprene Service

All neoprene products are produced on demand in our China facility and air shipped.

15 Day “PRICE BUSTER” Service

All price buster products are shipped from our China Factory. There are no Rush or expedited orders accepted on any Price Buster product.

7 Day Standard Service

The 7 day production schedule is our standard service for
some/larger orders of in stock items.

3 Standard Service

The 3 day standard service is for up to 2,500 units and up to 2 print colours of items bearing the 3 day standard service logo.

3 Day Rush Service

3 day production schedule with pricing are in red under each item. The purchase order and emailed artwork must be clearly marked “3 Day Rush Service”. Paper proof and production sample will delay the order as production time will begin after all approvals. Factory can not guarantee the use of a 3 rd party shipping account. Orders are limited to 1 or 2 colour logos. However, we may be able to rush logos with additional colours - call for a quote.

24 Hour Rush Service

24 hour rush is available on selected items bearing the 3 Day Standard/24 Hour Rush logo. 1 colour 1 position. Call your HCL representative for details. Factory cannot use a 3rd party
shipping account.

24 Hour Standard Service

24 hour standard service is available on selected items bearing the 24 hour standard logo. Up to 500 units, 1 colour 1 position. Factory cannot use a 3rd party shipping account.

Factory Direct Service

10 week production time for orders that are typically 5,000 pieces or more. Factory Direct orders are custom manufactured in Asia to the specifications on the purchase order and shipped into the Australia by container ship. This is the most economical method of Production allowing for significant cost reductions on larger orders. We can further customize any order by doing custom colours, special packaging, custom molds, multiple colour logos and many other options. Production time can be shortened on Factory Direct orders by air shipping some or all of the order. This typically saves 3-4 weeks, and is quoted on a case by case basis due to fluctuations in the cost of air freight. Our 5 week overseas production time is the same as above but shipping is through Air Freight. Please contact us for current pricing.

The factory reserves the right to change carriers to meet an in hands date on the purchase orders and invoice customer accordingly for the shipping, even when it is requested to bill on a 3 rd party account.
