Production Times :
High Caliber Line of Australia offers our
customers 7 types of production schedules:
A 20 Day Neoprene Service,15 Day PRICE
BUSTER Service, 7 Day "Local Stock" Service, 3 Day
Rush Service and 5 or 10 Week Factory Direct
Service. All production schedules are based
on business days. We also have a 1 Day Rush
service on some of our products. Some items
have different rush services or require additional
production time. Please review each product
description carefully for the individual production
time. If you have different production demands,
call your HCL of Australia representative for a
quote.
Production time for all services begins after
all approvals, which includes the receipt of
a complete and accurate purchase order,
receipt of artwork, credit approval, paper
proof approval, pre-production sample and/
or anything holding up production. Credit
terms should be arranged prior to sending a
purchase order. Orders must be received by
11am Eastern Standard Time to be counted as
received that day.
20 Day Neoprene Service:
All Neoprene products are produced on
demand in our China facility and air shipped.
15 Day "PRICE BUSTER" Service:
All Price Buster products are shipped from our
China facility. There are no Rush or expedited
orders accepted on any Price Buster product.
7 Day "Local Stock" Service :
The 7 day production schedule is our standard
service for in stock items and is available on
most of our in stock items.
3 Day Rush Service :
The 3 day production schedule with pricing
is in red under each item. The purchase order
and emailed artwork must be clearly marked
“3 Day Rush Service”. Paper proof and
pre-production sample will delay the order as
production time will begin after all approvals.
Factory cannot guarantee the use of a 3rd
party shipping account. Orders are limited to
1 or 2 colour logos. However, we may be able
to rush logos with additional colours - call for a
quote.
1 Day Rush Service:
1 Day Rush is available on select items. Call
your HCL representative for details. The 1 Day
Rush charge is an additional 50% of the item
price. Factory cannot use a 3rd party shipping
account.
Factory Direct Service :
10 week production time for orders that are
typically 5,000 pieces or more. Factory Direct
orders are custom manufactured in Asia to
the specifications on the purchase order and
shipped into Australia by container ship. This is
the most economical method of production
allowing for significant cost reductions on larger
orders. We can further customize any order
by doing custom colours, special packaging,
custom molds, multiple colour logos and many
other options. Production time can be shortened
on Factory Direct orders by air shipping some or
all of the order. This typically saves 3-4 weeks,
and is quoted on a case by case basis due
to fluctuations in the cost of air freight. Our 5
week overseas production time is the same as
above but shipping is through Air Freight. Please
contact us for current pricing.
Catalogue Photography:
The artwork, designs and trademarks imprinted on the products
displayed herein are reproduced only as examples of the type and
quality of decorated products available. They are not intended to
represent that the products are either endorsed by, or produced for
the owners of the artwork, design or trademark. Any unauthorized
use of images or any material in the 2008-09 catalogue without prior
written consent is prohibited. Products shown in this catalogue
may vary slightly from actual products due to inherent limitations in
photography, film separations and printing.
Email artwork to art@highcaliberline.net.au with the purchase order number in the
subject line.
The factory reserves the right to change carriers
to meet an in hands date on the purchase
order and invoice customer accordingly for
the shipping, even when it is requested to bill
on a 3rd party account.
