STANDARDS FOR SUPPLIERS
The Standards for Suppliers (“Standards”) are Promo Brands fundamental expectations of its suppliers related to social and environmental conditions in all our markets. The Standards are utilized to evaluate employment practices and environmental compliance in facilities producing merchandise for Promo Brands. Suppliers must also comply with Promo Brands Gift and Gratuity and Conflicts of Interest policies and conduct their business in an ethical manner that is consistent with accepted auditing principles.
The Standards must be visibly posted in English and in the local language(s) in a common area at all facilities that manufacture products for Promo Brands, this includes any subcontractors. All Suppliers and their manufacturing facilities, including all subcontracting and packaging facilities, will be held to these standards.

SUPPLIER CODE OF CONDUCT
Promo Brands Pty Ltd is a Service Driven Company emphasizing Creativity, Superior Customer Service, Honesty, Integrity and a Commitment to Establishing Personal Relationships, while following a Strong Code of Conduct within the Business World.
Therefore, to clarify what our expectations are regarding Business Integrity, Environmental Management, Labor Practices, and Associate Health and Safety we have developed a specific Supplier Code of Conduct, which we enforce strictly.
Thus, our vendors, suppliers, consultants, contractors and other providers of goods and services who do business with Promo Brands are expected to adhere to our Supplier Code of Conduct, because like our clients, Promo Brands is committed to the highest standards of environmental responsibility, as well as social and ethical conduct.
